Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns of unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery. If eligible:

• Item must be in original packaging and condition

• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours

• Exchanges will be processed after we receive and inspect your return

We do not accept returns on:

• Opened or used products

• Sale items or promotional bundles

• Gift cards or downloadable content

Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank.
